除铁过滤小车的流体管道采用流线型设计，引导液体流经管道除铁器内部。这种设计能使液体在除铁过程中与内置的磁棒充分接触，强磁棒对物料中的磁性物进行物理吸附、从而达到有效去除浆料中的铁磁性物的目的。
设计原理
除铁过滤小车是流体管道除铁器的一种，该类管道除铁器通过多个串并联的独立单元磁棒，来吸附浆料中的铁杂质。流体除铁车的每个串联口上配有开关阀门，能在工作途中关闭串联的阀门。打开底部U型排污口，可有效去除浆料中的磁性物质以及其他沉淀物质，从而提高浆料产品品质。
