The magnetic rod magnetic separator is an efficient device for removing ferromagnetic contaminants from powders, granules, and slurries in industrial applications. It features a core made of high-performance rare-earth NdFeB or ferrite permanent magnet materials, offering a strong magnetic field, compact size, and convenient installation. Multiple magnetic rods can be assembled and installed in pipelines, hoppers, vibratory screens, and other locations to achieve continuous ferrous contaminant removal. The magnetic rod filter integrates the magnetic rods within a stainless-steel housing, making it suitable for fine filtration of liquids or slurries. Its 304/316L stainless-steel surface is fully sealed by welding, providing corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning, and complying with hygiene standards for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
