Product Overview
The equipment features high-performance NdFeB permanent magnets or rare-earth magnetic materials inside, generating a high-gradient strong magnetic field (with a surface magnetic field strength of 10,000–15,000 gauss). This effectively adsorbs fine ferrous contaminants such as iron chips, iron powder, and rust, thereby enhancing material purity and ensuring the safe operation of downstream equipment. As the material passes through the hump-shaped channel, it continuously changes direction under gravity or airflow, making full contact with the dual-sided magnetic plates to achieve multiple captures and improve ferrous contaminant removal efficiency. Iron impurities adsorbed on the magnetic plates are automatically scraped off and discharged by a pneumatic system driving a scraper or oscillating arm mechanism. After cleaning, the equipment automatically resets and resumes continuous operation.
