Plate Magnets
Plate Magnet
OVERVIEW
Product Overview
The plate magnet features a multi-stage arrangement of high-performance NdFeB magnetic cores, generating a strong magnetic field on the stainless steel surface. As powders or granular materials pass over the surface under gravity, ferromagnetic contaminants are strongly attracted and firmly retained on the magnetic surface, while the clean material continues to flow along the chute or pipeline into the next process. The raised magnetic collection structure on the surface extends the contact time between the material and the magnetic field, reducing the likelihood of iron impurities slipping away with the material and ensuring stable, efficient ferrous contaminant removal.

Features and Advantages
- High-Intensity Iron Removal: Utilizes high-performance NdFeB permanent magnets, with a surface magnetic field strength reaching 10,000–15,000 GS, effectively capturing fine iron particles and weakly magnetic impurities.
- Zero-Energy Operation: The all-permanent-magnet design requires no power supply, producing no heat, noise, or operational energy consumption.
- Leakage-Prevention Design: Raised or hump-shaped magnetic collection structures enhance the local magnetic field gradient, improving iron removal efficiency and minimizing the escape of ferrous impurities.
- Flexible Installation: Compact in size, it can be mounted inside chutes, hoppers, pipelines, or conveyor systems, accommodating various production line layouts.
- Corrosion-Resistant and Easy to Clean: The material-contacting parts are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, with a smooth surface that facilitates cleaning and maintenance.
- Stable and Durable: The fully sealed welded construction prevents oxidation of the magnetic cores, ensuring long-term magnetic field stability with minimal degradation.
