Bullet Magnets
Bullet Magnet
OVERVIEW
Product Overview
The bullet magnet generates a stable magnetic field through its internal high-strength magnetic system. When materials enter the device under gravity or pneumatic conveying, they first pass through the strong magnetic zone inside the magnet, where ferromagnetic contaminants (such as iron powder, chips, and slag) are rapidly adsorbed by the magnetic field, while non-magnetic materials continue to flow normally, achieving effective separation. Once magnetic impurities have accumulated to a certain extent, they can be removed either automatically via the equipment’s design or by manual cleaning.

Features and Advantages
- High Magnetic Adsorption Force: Utilizes NdFeB permanent magnet material, with a magnetic field strength reaching the high-magnetism level.
- Continuous Online Ferrous Contaminant Removal: Suitable for pipeline conveying systems, enabling uninterrupted material flow and enhancing production efficiency.
- Wide Range of Applications: Can handle various materials, including dry powder, powders, granules, and grains.
Optional Configurations
