The RCYB permanent-magnet magnetic separator (strong-magnetic conveyor-belt magnetic separator) is a highly efficient ferrous contaminant removal device installed above conveyor belts or belt‑conveyor systems, and it is a key component in industrial magnetic separation and material‑purification systems. The equipment employs a high‑performance permanent‑magnet system or an NdFeB strong‑magnetic structure, and through a suspended mounting configuration, it continuously removes ferromagnetic contaminants from the material. It is widely used in industries such as mining, building materials, chemicals, and grain processing. This equipment can be integrated with conveyor‑belt systems, belt conveyors, and magnetic separation systems for conveyors to enable continuous, automated ferrous contaminant removal operations.

Product Overview

       The equipment is installed above the conveyor belt. As the material is conveyed along the belt and passes through the magnetic field zone, the internal high-intensity magnetic system generates a stable magnetic field that adsorbs and captures ferromagnetic contaminants (such as iron blocks, chips, and fragments) within the magnetic field range, while non-magnetic materials continue to flow normally through the conveying system. When the equipment adopts a self-unloading design, the adsorbed iron impurities are automatically discharged after exiting the magnetic field area, enabling continuous operation without the need for shutdowns for cleaning.
