Feeders and Conveyors
Motor Vibratory Feeder
OVERVIEW
Product Overview
Heavy-duty motor-driven vibratory feeders primarily utilize an electric motor to drive an exciter, generating a powerful directional excitation force. The core working component typically consists of two shafts fitted with eccentric blocks (a twin-shaft inertial exciter), which are synchronously rotated in opposite directions via gear engagement. When the motor drives the eccentric shafts to rotate at high speed, the resulting inertial forcesSuperpositionin a specific direction, creating a robust directional excitation force that compels the feeder trough to perform periodic linear reciprocating motion on its supporting springs. Under the action of this excitation force, the material within the trough is continuously lifted and propelled forward in a parabolic trajectory, thereby achieving uniform, continuous conveying. If a bar-type screen (grate) is installed at the front end of the trough, fine particles will pass directly through the screen openings, while larger pieces continue to be conveyed to the crushing equipment, realizing an integrated “feeding plus pre-screening” function.

Features and Advantages
- High Load Capacity and Large Throughput: Adopting a heavy-duty structural design with strong impact resistance, it is well suited for high-load, continuous feeding applications.
- Integrated Feeding and Screening: The bar-type trough can simultaneously separate fines and impurities, enhancing the efficiency of downstream equipment.
- Stable and Durable Operation: The twin-shaft vibration mechanism ensures smooth operation, low noise, and extended equipment life.
- Flexible Feed Rate Control: Amplitude and frequency adjustments are supported, enabling precise regulation of the feed rate and start/stop operations.
- Convenient Maintenance and Low Operating Costs: With a simple structure and a low failure rate, routine maintenance and spare-part replacement are more straightforward.
Optional Configurations
- Trough Design Options: Available in bar-type, solid-bottom, enclosed, and wear-resistant configurations, customizable to suit material characteristics and operating conditions.
- Mounting Methods: Base-mounted or suspended installation.
- Drive Types: Conventional motor drive or variable-frequency motor drive.
- Trough Materials: Plain carbon steel, high-manganese steel (ZGMn13, exceptionally wear- and impact-resistant), and composite wear-resistant liners.
Applications
- Mining and Metallurgical Industries: Installed at hopper outlets and upstream of crushers, providing continuous, uniform feeding prior to the crushing and screening of largeblockraw ore.
- Sand, Gravel, and Building Materials: Positioned at the feed end of production lines, ensuring even feeding before crushing and sand-making, thereby improving crushing and sand-making efficiency.
- Coal and Power Industries: Mounted in coal-handling systems and upstream of boilers, delivering continuous, stable feeding of raw coal and coke.
- Construction Waste Recycling: Installed on construction waste conveyors and upstream of crushers, providing uniform feeding prior to crushing.
Handled Materials
- Large block Ore and Rock: Iron ore, copper ore, granite, basalt, limestone, river pebbles, etc. (with a maximum feed size exceeding 1 meter).
- Bulk Bulk Materials: Raw coal, coke, sand and gravel aggregates, construction waste, sintered ore, and similar materials.
- Other Wear-Resistant Materials: Glass raw materials, fertilizer raw materials, and various high-hardness industrial ores.
