The magnetic separator is a portable fluid‑processing unit that integrates mobile conveying, recirculating filtration, and high‑strength magnetic separation, specifically designed for multi‑station, intermittent, and small‑batch production environments. The equipment combines an inline high‑field magnetic separator, a transfer pump, a filtration system, and a mobile cart into a single compact assembly, enabling rapid relocation to mixing tanks, reaction vessels, storage bins, or production lines for on‑line recirculating ferrous contaminant removal and filtration. By generating a powerful magnetic field, the device efficiently captures and removes ferromagnetic contaminants such as iron chips, iron powder, and welding slag from slurries, liquids, and fluid materials, thereby significantly enhancing product purity and whiteness while reducing wear on pumps, nozzles, and downstream equipment caused by metallic impurities. Compared with stationary pipeline magnetic separators, the mobile magnetic filtration cart offers advantages such as flexible mobility, convenient installation, and broad applicability, making it widely used in industries including ceramics, chemicals, new energy, food, pharmaceuticals, and laboratories.

Product Overview

      The equipment, via its built-in pneumatic diaphragm pump or an external transfer pump, draws the slurry from the storage container and delivers it to the high-intensity magnetic iron removal chamber. As the material flows through the internal region containing high-strength NdFeB magnetic rods, ferromagnetic contaminants such as iron filings, iron powder, and iron oxide scale are firmly adsorbed by the magnetic field. The purified slurry is then discharged back into the storage tank or routed to the next process, achieving cyclical filtration and ferrous contaminant removal. The entire system is mounted on a mobile cart, allowing flexible relocation to different workstations as production demands dictate.
