Product Overview
The magnetic grate forms a high-density magnetic field area through multiple powerful magnetic rods. As the material passes through the magnetic grate under gravity or conveyor action, ferromagnetic contaminants are rapidly adsorbed and firmly retained on the surface of the magnetic rods. The clean material flows through unimpeded, achieving effective separation of magnetic impurities from the bulk material. When the amount of adsorbed impurities reaches a certain level, the magnetic rods can be removed via a pull-out mechanism for cleaning, restoring the iron-removal performance and enabling reuse in a cyclical manner.
Features and Advantages
- High-Efficiency Iron Removal: Utilizing NdFeB permanent magnet material, the magnetic field strength can reach up to 14,000 gauss, effectively capturing fine iron powder and weakly magnetic impurities.
- Food-Grade Materials: The parts in contact with the material are made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, in compliance with hygiene standards for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
